Thank you for shopping at CPAP Store Las Vegas. We are committed to delivering safe, compliant, and transparent service to all customers. Due to the medical nature of the products we sell, strict federal and state health regulations apply to returns and exchanges.
Final Sale – Non-Returnable Items
In compliance with FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 820), CDC infection control guidelines, and Nevada health codes, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped:
- CPAP and BiPAP machines
- Masks, headgear, nasal pillows, and cushions
- Oxygen concentrators and accessories
- Tubing, humidifiers, filters, and sanitizers
- Any item opened or removed from original packaging
This policy protects all customers from contamination risks and ensures compliance with medical safety standards.
Unopened Returns
We may accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or appears to be defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will help coordinate warranty assistance directly with the manufacturer.
Note: CPAP Store Las Vegas does not issue refunds for equipment covered under manufacturer warranty. Warranty eligibility and outcomes are determined by the manufacturer.
Return Shipping
All approved returns must be shipped to the address provided with your RMA. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Terms & Legal Disclaimers
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Final sale items, discounts, and clearance products cannot be returned
- Returns of non-defective items may incur a 35% restocking fee + shipping
- Unauthorized returns may be discarded or returned at sender’s expense
Knowingly attempting to return opened or used items may constitute fraud under:
- NRS 205.380 – Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses
- NRS 205.0832 – Theft by Fraud or Deception
Fraud Prevention & Order Review
To protect our customers, orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be held for verification. We may request government-issued ID to confirm order authenticity.
